Work Trajectory Scope:
Oct of 2018 - Started working with Bill Milling and Carmen Ventura in a Production office role. The role was a mixture of production coordinator, marketing content producer, web developer and internal audio visual technician.
In the first year at AMC - Dilenia created marketing content for AMC and clients. She managed payroll to production freelancers and necessary office functions for the business.
During the Pandemic (2020-2022) - During the pandemic years Dilenia worked closely with Bill Milling to develop an accessible remote streaming package for video production. She became a Director of Photography for productions in NYC. She took leadership in American Movie Co's client facing teams and managed technical productions.

This is an explainer video for our remote Skytron system clients. During the lockdown we had to be creative in production. For remote interviews we created a package that was easy to setup at home for HD virtual productions. For many of these production I was tasked with managing the equipment and technical aspects of each side of the team, the homebase production in New York City and the remote ones around the world. By offering this remote service AMC was able to stay ahead of our customer's needs throughout the pandemic. It's me, Dilenia featured on the video and doing the voice ove.
American Movie Company offers innovative tech products for studio video productions. I created this video : shot it, directed it, edited and published along with several webpages and ads. Featuring three of my co-workers we were determined to promote the LED video wall studio rental package from American Movie Company. After seeing the possibilities working with LED wall backgrounds in Cinema.
During my tenure at American Movie Company I've created many short form BTS Videos to showcase production we were part of. This is one of the earliest videos with Pentatonix Christmas concert at sounds of Brazil in NYC.
Working with celebrity talent at AMC meant that we had to sign a lot of NDA's and were limited on the scope of project footage we were allowed to share. However, celebrities are people who love taking selfies with friends. Here is a selfie from a great day working with Justin Bieber. Who was promoting his son Yummy and new album at the time.
As American Movie Company developed its Live Streaming team, I created graphics like this to promote our services. I was also the technical director in charge of Sky Tronn jobs that required remote streaming logistics.
Additionally, I created webpages and a recurring newsletter for American Movie Company detailing the news of our industry endeavors.
As AMC's internal Audio Visual team member I was tasked with a maintaining the company's archive of raw footage from clients. Because of my effectiveness clients from previous years I have been able to receive backups of works they've lost track of on their own.
Not only do I maintain AMC's archive but I run DIT services for many of their shoots. Creating rushes, proxy footage and selects sequences for various productions.
American Movie Company offers a wide variety of production services for big and small productions with varying budget sizes. At the need of an agile director that's able to adapt to different talent's knowledge of on camera work, I've been their recurring person.
A technical director at American Movie Co has to set-up and break down entire configurations of cameras, computers and tech production equipment to monitor, edit, record and stream the footage. Over the years I've taken on this role with detailed attention.
As a Director of Photography for American Movie Company I've been able capture footage from al aspects of their video production services, internal and client facing.
